Story:
Complete recording. The sound is poor (muffled and hissy) but anyway an enjoyable recording with no audience talking.
Tape-flip likely between All Cats Are Grey and At Night.
"01. The Drowning Man" misses very first seconds
"09. All Cats Are Grey" suffers a tape issue at 2:51 and is faded-out
"11. The Hanging Garden" is an early version with different lyrics
"16. The Figurehead" is an early version with different lyrics and is cut
Thanks to the original seeder on TPB (uploader1900).
The original torrent was a 1-trk FLAC, so I have edited it tracking properly and wasting useless empty or duplicated segments.
I have added in a separate folder the wasted segments and the cue-sheet I have produced.
I have also created frequency analysis (FA) and spectral view (SV) of the first track that show that the recording is clearly lossless.
Curiosity 1: no TIB-era tracks (a very dark show!!!)
Curiosity 2: it is debated if The Figurehead was actually played. The question arises from the fact that the quality of the last track is different from the rest of the recording.
My opinion is that it is possible/reasonable that The Figurehead is not a fake track because you can hear in the third wasted segment a duplicated part of the end of trk 15 with the same quality of trk 16 (just put again in order).
So the different quality of The Figurehead is not a sufficient reason to exclude that it was actually played as an encore; maybe something wrong occurred during an inaccurate duplication of the master or low gen cassette.
