21 Years ago... It was one of the greatest days of my life... I was barely 15... This was the first (and the last time ever) The Cure play in ex-YU. (I think you all know what happened in Yugoslavia a year and so later). This video was filmed from the middle of the crowd by an independent TV station called OTV (Youth Television). For hardcore Cure fans this is a good audio/video quality, even if the taper sometimes almost get swallowed by the freak-out crowd. Unfortunately, only these seven tracks were filmed and broadcasted the same year, but on the other hand, it is the rare show that is nowhere to be found on the net. The only thing I've changed from the original VHS video is cropping the picture a little bit (because of the big ugly yellow sign in the bottom left corner advertising our national refinery throughout the whole show - fortunately, it was shown at the dark spot on the back of the audience so you don't loose anything from the stage). So... This year is the 20th anniversary of 'DISINTEGRATION' album and a '3CD deluxe edition' is out today, on the same date as this show... This is my way to celebrate this great occasion !!!
